Please complete the form below in full to register your goods return. After reviewing your information, you will receive an RMA number from us, which is mandatory for processing. We cannot process your return without a valid RMA number.

After checking, you will receive a confirmation and an RMA number from us. Please send this form together with the goods to our return address. Without an RMA number, we cannot process the return.

  • Processing time: You will receive a confirmation upon receipt of your return. Processing usually takes 5–7 business days.
  • Packaging and labeling: Make sure that the goods are securely packed. Please clearly mark the package with your RMA number to avoid delays.
  • Incomplete returns: Returns without an RMA number or insufficient packaging may take longer to process.
